I have been a subacriber of the Prepaid RM60 (was RM58) plan for a good 36 months now.
Last week I topped up as per usual....alas since then 4 days, my mobile data is non existant . Whatapp works (slowly) but mobile data which I thrive off isn't there.
Went on the chat and app to complain but alas nothing.
They are bloody mugs, maybe it's time to change to a more customer friendily service provider.
Frustrating to say the least.
watch how they are gonna use a cut and paste reply .
