I complained no network connection on sunday. I called the customer service, and respond me he not sure what is the problem, and promised will be contacted by digi staff within 24-48 hours. today is the 4th day. Till now no update from digi and no connection at home. we are paying for the service and please check on the issue immediately, especially working working from home cannot perform well due to this kind of external factors.
