Could you please fix some network issue at my place @ Kg Sg Serai, Kuang, 48050 Rawang, Selangor. I can't make & receive call & SMS and I also can't using mobile internet due to no service/coverage 2G/3G/4G Digi signal at my place since yesterday. Before this i dont have any issue at all. My service working fine.
I call your Digi helpline 0162211800 and they relunctant to forward my call to Digi technical team and they ask me to wait 48 hours for them to call me back. 48 hours to call me back? My **bleep**. 48 hours with no service? What happen if accident and emergency take place? Too long for me for digi to revert back! What happen if they need 7 more days to resolve? or forever? How much time and waste of money i have to spend for digi network to resolve normally?
I have lodge my complain to digi facebook, twitter. I also make complain to skmm regarding this. Can you please revert to me back asap. Thank you.
