No 4G coverage indoor

Hello. I'm facing the problem with little to no internet when indoor. I had already reported the case through phone call to customer service. My case ID is ID CAS-11187428-K9L0 . I am still waiting for solutions. If the problem still persist, then I can only think of changing to other telco service. I hope I can keep using Digi though. Tq.
