I'm new to digi fibre, switch from maxis, but I found that the download speed is capped by the server. From example, I download from the same website (china website), previously with maxis fibre (30mbps) , i can get about 200kb/s ,but now with Digi fibre(300mbps) , I only get maximum 20kb/s .
*tested with same laptop,same setting ,with LAN cable.

I think this is due to the china server speed cap rather than digi. Because certain website do put caps on speed when foreign ip address are accessing due to certain reason. If i'm not mistaken lah. my guess only

90ikhwan, To assist u further on this, u may log in to MyDigi app. Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage.

Having the same silly problem since the installation
Various china websites cannot be entered - it is lslow like SNAIL!
Then the technical team called me and said DIGI line new so it is going to be slow
So am i supposedto ACCEPT IT???
300MBPS and SLOW like SNAIL websites ---
making complaints to digi is like EXTRA WORK WORK WORK
and they said wait 3-5 days for technical team to reply...
THREE TO FIVE DAYS!!?? in this digital world - you are going to take 3-5 dayss to reply an urgent problem!?
