Network Coverage - Indoor No Signal

Hi Support Team,

 

Would like to feedback my resident area network coverage getting poor, my house indoor totally no signal. Compare with year 2015 January I move in was totally different.

The network signal can be suddenly cut off, and internet signal show nothing when go to kitchen near backyard. My phone show no signal found, try latter.

But when walk to living hall signal will be full, but the  internet sometimes show H+ or 4G.

My Google Maps GPS location: 5.3565570/100.2023080

 

Hopefully DIGI able to improve the service for the network coverage.
