Mobile network weak connection

Hi Support, I am using digi 4G for quite some time, however I do facing a problem since few months ago as the 4G are showing there is a coverage but I can't go online. The work around I did was switch it into airplane mode for few seconds and undo it, and the line resume for temporary and it will goes down again any time. This process has to be repeating in order to contentiously staying online. Please resolved this and its annoying and heavily impacting on the user experience. Other telco network are working fine at the same location.
