I submited a request on Jan3rd to check coverage inTaman Melaka Perdana (75450) as there was no DiGi coverage in this Housing Area.
Got an automated reply for details and a reply from Support on the 5th saying they will get back in 3-5 working days.
Waited for 2 weeks and then some one called me to check on the situation and they couldnt understand my comlpaint.
Explained throughly as it was not a data issue but there was no coverage in the area and my Maxis line works perfectly fine.
As usual they said will get back in 5 working days and its already been another 2 weeks.
So I will be moving into this new housing area early March and if nothing is done by then , I got no choice but to port out of Digi.
Checked with my new neighbours and all of them who had digi in the past moved on to umobile and maxis.
