All my family use digi postpaid but at my village line for internet very2 bad.so slow...can u upgrade your line internet at kampung banggol stol 16800 pasir puteh kelantan..

Hai. Saya tinggal di Residensi Laguna Biru 2, Tasik Biru, Rawang. Line 4G di sini agak slow. Terutama di rumah tingkat tinggi. Saya harap digi dpt selesaikan mslh ni.

zackzahran, boleh kami tahu jika perkara ni telah dilaporkan kepada kami melalui aplikasi MyDigi? Jika belum, mohon kongsikan dengan kami info lanjut mengenai situasi yang dihadapi itu dengan log in ke aplikasi MyDigi (menu > Support > Report An Issue > Network Coverage). Laporan akan diterima terus oleh bahagian terlibat. Jika maklumat tambahan diperlukan, kami akan hubungi anda secara terus. Jangan lupa sertakan sekali nombor lain yang boleh kami hubungi ya. Anda boleh semak hasil siasatan kes di aplikasi MyDigi (menu > support > case status).

 

Untuk makluman anda, sekarang ini, penggunaan yang agak tinggi dan banyak memberi sedikit kesan kualiti coverage di kawasan anda. Kami sedang berusaha untuk mengatasi isu ini secepat yang boleh  Maaf atas kesulitan yang dialami

hi, just wonder why in my location lately the connection very slow. i can't even contact my family my friends and others. pay for the internet data but useless. i cant even use it. please make it right. it will be waste of my money pay for the data but i cant use it. my location is Jalan raja mahmud kg baru kl.

dear digi, i stay at senawang negeri sembilan. why i cannot reach the Internet even it show 4G's. only at certain spot i can use the internet but still too weak. please upgrade ur service as i pay it monthly. plus, i difficult to make or receive call from others. sometime it take my patience for it and i do not like it
