LINE SLOW/ WEAK SIGNAL

Even its 4G, my data is very slow sometime no connection at all. at home the line  for data is very slow. At office, both data and line coverage is slow. People sometime cannot reach me even the is a line show. please fixed this.

Helo DIGI, you nak suruh orang report guna DIGI APPS, You tahu tak, nak buka  DIGI APPs pun tak lepas sebab no connection.  Harap je line 4G tapi internet 0. Please la..we pay every months on time.

Sila rekodkan lokasi dan masa kejadian isu, dan memaklum balas melalui aplikasi MyDigi apabila perkhidmatan internet tidak terjejas. Tiada masalah untuk memaklum balas seketika selepas kejadian isu.

Walaupun menunjukkan 4G "signal Full Bar", namun saya tidak dapat menggunakan perkhidmatan data internet di kawasan Sibu dan Sri Aman, Sarawak bagi streaming, gaming, social media malah guna bukak pelayar versi "lite" pun tak dapat. Kalau awak tanya lokasi mana , mana-mana tempat saya berada di daerah tersebut saya tidak dapat guna perkhidmatan internet. Bolehkah anda terangkan apa masalah teknikal sebenarnya. Kalau ada ayat teknikal, boleh cari maksud dalam google.

Sebelum ni guna prepaid ok je..bila tukar postpaid jd mcm siput..apahal ni..mcm nak tukar kepada prepaid semula..atau TUKAR TELCO lain..???

Jika anda masih mengalami masalah yang sama sehingga kini, sila reportkan maklum balas rangkaian melalui applikasi MyDigi baru (Log in Mydigi > klik ikon Menu sebelah atas kiri> Support>Network Coverage) supaya siasatan lanjut boleh dilaksanakan. Hasil siasatan kes anda akan dikemaskinikan di bawah 'Status Kes Saya' di MyDigi ya. Terima kasih.

Guna pakej 89/bulan line cantik mcm puteri kayangan... Bila upgrade 100/bulan unlimited mcm sultan firaun... Kenapa dan apa punca ini? Tolong la digi urg susah ni,mcm duduk dalam hutan sdngkan sy dduk dkt bandar... Ni nmbr saya 0167882270...(Jgn smpai sy tukar ke maxis@celcom,baru tau)
