Same to my place too, 8pm onwards will slow until midnight the speed only back to normal. Download Speed on this period is 1-3mbps and upload speed is 1-100kbps. Starting this problem since last year nov or dec. My area is Taman Merbau Jaya, Raja Uda Penang.
Got find support few times and they told me it's normal.
After i send email at digi app, it show will update me but inside case status is empty and show me "You do not have any incident ticket."

Keny, to assist u further on this, kindly log in to MyDigi app. U can click the menu icon - Support - Email - Category & submit ur feedback on the network issue that u are currently facing. If u have upgraded to the new MyDigi App, Log in Mydigi - click Menu - Support - Network Coverage. Sorry for any inconvenience caused
