I've been experiencing slow Internet speed since 10/11/2020. My phone show 4G+ but loading a youtube page is take so long (ofcourse my data is still available-purchased extra data, still having the issue). Even playing a 144p videos is taking forever (buffer). It was working fine before this. I already file a ticket in Digi App, but still haven't heard any news from your side. Im using a postpaid plan and my home wifi is using Digi Infinite 150. Both are having same issue.
Can you please do a check on this area: Platinum 3, Teluk kumbar, Penang.

Hi Abbas123. Should the issue persists and for assistance, please submit an official report via your MyDigi app ; Menu >> Support >> choose Network Coverage.
The report will be received by our technical team and the result will be updated in the My Case Status in the Notes section.
