Hi guys. I frequently experienced absolute worst internet subscription i ever had. The ping keep spike. I bought huawei b618 with digi infinite 150, expecting to get the best experience for focus on gaming without facing any issue of networks, at the same time i do livestream too. But it frequently last week saturday 11am 19/01/2019, then last night 11.30pm 21/01/2019, while im playing online gaming its suddenly drop off to NO SERVICE ! NO SERVICE at all man ! No at my infinite 150 only, my infinite 80 on my 2 phone all NO SERVICE !You can imagine what happen while you playing online games that require internet always ?! Why is these happening ??? If anything emergency happen on that time, would you responsible of everything just because your line suddenly missing ??? Im really thinking in about terminating my all 3 digi pospaid subscription. Its a waste of money and i really fed up right now

hmmm... tower went down or something?
can you share more details like location where this happened? hopefully Digi can then check and see what happened.
