Q3. Who can use and enjoy Digi WiFi Calling? A3. Digi WiFi Calling is available for all Digi Postpaid™, Digi Prepaid™ and Business Voice Plan subscribers. To enjoy the services, they must fulfill the criteria below: - Active VoLTE subscription - Connected to WiFi connection (Home/Office/Public) - Using certified phone with updated software - Enabled WiFi Calling feature on smartphone
Q4. How to enable to Digi WiFi Calling? A4. - Make sure you are an active VoLTE offering user and using certified a phone with updated software. - Turn on WiFi Calling option in the phone: (One Time Only) a)Apple iPhone : Settings > Phone > WiFi Calling - Connect to WiFi at Home, Office or Public.
Q5. What type of WiFi can be used? A5. You can connect WiFi Calling to these types of WiFi providers: - Home/Office WiFi – i.e. Unifi, Streamyx, Timedotcom, etc - Public WiFi (Captive) – Airport, McDonald, Starbuck, Smart Selangor, etc

Q8. I am a Digi Prepaid™ customer and my line was barred due to zero balance. Can I still enjoy WiFi Calling? A8. Once your line has been barred, no call, SMS or data usage can be made. You are still be able to receive call and SMS.
Q9. Is WiFi Calling available while I roam abroad? A9. At the moment, this service is only available for local WiFi only.
Q10. Will I be charged to enable WiFi Calling? Q10. No. Like VoLTE, the service is absolutely FREE for Digi customers.
Q11. Will my call and SMS rates be different with WiFi Calling? A11. No. You will enjoy the same rates as you enjoyed for your 3G/VoLTE call and SMS.
Q12. Why are my community zone calls charged at normal rates instead of 12cent/min? A12. Community Zone special rate is not applicable for WiFi Calling usage.
