#DigiUpdate: Planned System Maintenance on 25 Nov 2019

Dear Subscribers,

 

Please be advised that there will be a system maintenance from 1.00am - 7.00am on 25 Nov 2019. This is to ensure a better user experience for all our subscribers.

 

Services that will be interrupted include all payment channels via online banking, ATMs and Digi Kiosks; MyDigi, Digi Store Online, UMB directory; purchases of Quota and Internet Top Ups; and pre-booking of Roaming Pass.

 

If needed, please use *123# to perform any reload and *126# to check prepaid balance.

 

Do remember to reload your account and pay any outstanding bills with your MyDigi app here before the maintenance begins to avoid any interruption to your service.

 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued support.

Saya nak tanya..saya baru bayar outstanding saya tadi tapi tak dapat nak active balik line saya..kenapa ye..bila saya tengok transcation payment bank dah tolak tapi bila dapat email still payment pending...kenapa ye...tolong jawab

Saya nak bertanya..kenapa line sim saya 3G+..sebelum niy line sim saya 4G+...kalau boleh saya minta perhikmatan DIGI tolong la tukarkan balik line sim saya

kenapa line saya 3G, sebelum ini 4G. dahla tak boleh guna lansung, membazir duit je beli internet

makin hari makin teruk line.. xde perubahan.sy duduk di sungai penchala..nk dpt 3G pn susah.. duit telan gak internet slow laju lg siput jln dr internet.tlg jgn mkn duit je digi tp xde perubahan pada perkhitmatan anda.

Selamat tengah hari. Kalau masih ada isu sama dan untuk bantuan lanjut berkenaan dengan isu liputan,a hantarkan aduan rasmi melalui aplikasi MyDigi; Menu>>Support>>Network Coverage. Aduan akan terus dihantar ke bahagian teknikal dan status aduan akan dikemaskini di bahagian My Case Status dalam masa 2~5 hari. Mohon maaf dengan kesulitan yang dialami. Terima kasih.
