I been request to port out this number 0166529799 to others telco, this is the third time resubmitted for the port out, been waiting whole day and just receive the confirmation sms, already reply "Y" and until now still no response yet, and just receive a msg from the telco would like to port saying that digi still no response for the port out yet!!!. Pls Dont tell me i need to request port out again and again and again!!!1 People not so free for do your **bleep**! pls let this number port out immediatly Thanks God!!

Digi dirty **bleep** put some exclusive deals on my account on the same day I submitted my port out application.
This exclusive deals locked my account from being port out.
Before this happens, I received call from so called Digi headquarters, asking for opinion and feedback on the reason of porting out.
In which never mention about anything about exclusive deals.
I have the recording of the phone call, probably will make a complaint to MCMC.
These kind of dirty tactics are not acceptable.
