Dear Digi representative,
Station 18, Ipoh are facing terrible network speed (Bad 4G and 3G service), please consider to upgrade tower service and the service are downgrading months by months, whole family will be consider changing other cellular network if Digi are not fixing this issue. Please make sure the service as good as initial Digi provide.
