My location is TTDI Menara LGB
Started about 3 weeks ago where I can only get 1 or no bar at all. Used to be 2 to 3 bars.
Tried on a few devices and they are the same.

I have not receive any reply from Digi yet
Today @ 8:49am @ the same location/spot
The RSSI and RSRP reading seems to improve a bit and the band is changed to Band 3. Overall, signal still bad.
The speed test is also very bad

As of today @ 9:07am, there is still no improvement
I am already placing my modem at the window and limited to allow 1 device to connect to it only...
Digi staff/support (+60162211800) called me on 26 Sep 2018 @ 3:46pm. He said he will create a support ticket and keep me updated but still no news until now.....

Managed to talk to the support agent (Maleni) and he/she mentioned that the support case has been created but I can't view.
I can only sit and wait for reply.
