Data slow like tortoise~~

Hi, i m now on 7gb unlimited call promotion plans, i would like to ask why did my data go so slow??

my friends are DIGI user also but they hv no problem on it, i has make sure it with them in same building and game, result is my data slow and cant let me have the speed enough compare to them, may i know what is the problem m i facing??

there are several possible reasons for what you're facing:
* phone hardware - older phones may not have high speed/ 4G. do share what phone you're using
* location. so places may have less than ideal coverage. where did you face this issue? everywhere?
* SIM card. older SIM card may not be giving you 4G access
* phone case - some phone cases can cause signal to be weakened

by the way, what "tortoise" speed are you getting?
