Coverage is okay but Speed too slow

the coverage is okay(4g)..but speed is too slow these 2 days..nothing downloading even watching youtube on 720p also cannot..im using unlimited data RM8 per day..normally i can get around 20-30mbps..

 

location : 95600 Betong Sarawak.

Please log in to MyDigi app to report network related issue. Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage.

I also have experienced same issue as this for around this couple of weeks. Playing online games and surfing any online content using DiGi right now was unbearably painful, with its inconsistent ping and speed. So the only temporary workaround right now is changing your DNS server ( I always change to Google DNS or Cloudfare) and I could get around 1.5Mbps at average, compared to 400-500 kbps.

Buat komplen banyak kali sudah di apps digi > support. At the end, case closed tapi masalah masih ada dan sama. Speed tak juga balik ke asal. Capped di takuk 3mbps. Kebodohan apakah yang cuba anda sampaikan? Di mana lagi tempat kami nak adukan apa yang kami alami kalau aduan kami pun kamu tak ambil serius. Katanya tiada masalah, tapi speed lama bukan macam ni. Bayar unlimited infinite 150 bukan murah tapi speed cuma 3mbps, nak buat apa macam tu?

Internet is very slow since 16 June 2020, less than 1Mbps speed. I have also reported in mydigi app. Please resolve the issue ASAP as i need the internet to work.

Digi tak ambil peduli pun aduan kita. Ramai kena speed slow. Tapi, tiada satu puj tindakan. Masih sama slow. Slow dan slow.

Jika anda masih mengalami masalah yang sama sehingga kini, sila reportkan maklum balas rangkaian melalui applikasi MyDigi baru (Log in Mydigi > klik ikon Menu sebelah atas kiri> Support>Network Coverage) supaya siasatan lanjut boleh dilaksanakan. macam mana maw main game server hancur dari start pukul 8 sampai 12 malam .  sudah la bayar 159 pun masi  lagi teruk line . orang lain punya line okay ja DIGI APA SUDA JADI xkan la makan duit saja .duit jangan di main . ko suru report itu ini tidak juga di buat .
