the coverage is okay(4g)..but speed is too slow these 2 days..nothing downloading even watching youtube on 720p also cannot..im using unlimited data RM8 per day..normally i can get around 20-30mbps..

Please log in to MyDigi app to report network related issue. Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage.

I also have experienced same issue as this for around this couple of weeks. Playing online games and surfing any online content using DiGi right now was unbearably painful, with its inconsistent ping and speed. So the only temporary workaround right now is changing your DNS server ( I always change to Google DNS or Cloudfare) and I could get around 1.5Mbps at average, compared to 400-500 kbps.
