My friend have give up using Digi, the line around his area are so slow. As he wanted to change by answering the sms to leave digi, digi act very slow and said that the system is currently down. At 1st we call the than the customer service said that we need to suspend the data plan that we are currently used. We have suspend it than nothing happen. We call customer service again and she said that we need to wait until 1pm tomorrow. We already suspend the internet and now we can't do anything. Really digi please do your job efficiently.
