Olel, In order for you to enjoy LTE, you need to:-
1. have LTE-enabled data plan
2. use LTE supported devices
3. have USIM in the device
4. be in LTE coverage area - http://coverage.digi.com.my:8080/fso_tsg/pages/VDServices.html
U can request for the USIM or a new sim card upgrade at our Digi Store - https://www.digi.com.my/digi-store U will be charged RM 10 for a new USIM sim card. Only registered owner can request for the sim upgrade process.
