LTE doesn't tag to the number, as long as the network is available then you'll be able to use it but make sure you have upgraded your SIM to uSIM which support 4G

Certainly. You just need a 4G band 3 and 7 capable phone and LTE SIM card replacement (if your SIM card is old).
