@phyz, would you download MyDigi app and go to Support -> Email section and report a network issue? The app will capture your phone's GPS location and your timing of the issue.

I would like to lodge a report regarding Digi's bad signal and reception in our area here in Kanowit, Sarawak. Please rectify the matter seriously because we are working in hospital. It is hard to contct us if there is emergency that needs our immediate attention.
