Hi Cannie, If you are experiencing a bad network coverage at your location, kindly report the issue via Mydigi app.
The steps: Log in MyDigi > click on the Menu icon on the top left side > Support > Network Coverage
Our Network team will proceed with further checking once received your report. The reported case can be checked in 'My Reports' in the MyDigi app within 48-72 hours from the report time. Thank you.
