I'm having this problem since 19 Nov 2020 (Thursday). Called Customer Service Center twice & been told network having outage problem in my / nearby locations - Tmn Setapak, Setapak Indah, Danau Kota, Tmn Ibukota, Medan Idaman & Tmn Melati. Seriously??? "Sorry for the inconvenience caused" not helping at all....
HELP needed here.....

if the issue still persists till now, u may log in to MyDigi app. Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage.
Our investigation findings on your case will be published under Case Status / My Reports on MyDigi within 5 (or more) working days from the report submitted.
