unsubscribed caller tune

Hello , I want to how to unsubscribed caller tune  .I have tried before to send  CT stop to 2000 . However, I can't even suceed to unsubscribed the caller tune as  I  always key in  wrong  content ID .

What is the proper way to key in?

Perhaps you may download our CallerTunes app via PlayStore or AppStore and to unsubscribe the service from the app. Thanks.
