The new and improved MyDigi app is here, so be sure to update or install the latest version!
If you’re on the new app, you’ll need to sign-up with a One-Time Password (OTP). This one-time sign-in will grant you better security for all of your account needs. Both existing and new users will need to sign-up with your mobile number before you can login. You won’t be able to login if you did not perform the sign-up process.
Note: Connect ID users are also required to set up a new account.
It's really that simple! Now you are ready to explore the new MyDigi app.

Hello there. With the new MyDigi app, I am not able to receive any OTP from my Digi Prepaid Broadband number. I do not have a Digi mobile plan. My Connect ID works correctly on MyDigi online login.

The One Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number ya, Naa95kgb. If you are using broadband number, then you will receive it via email. TQ.
