The system maintenance is involving both MyDigi channels - web & app. The process is still ongoing. We have no info yet when it will be fully resolved.

Do you manage to open the MyDigi app now, WenYin? Check if there's any new update on the PlayStore or AppStore. If still the same, kindly PM us your phone number & screenshot of the error <here> for further clarification, please. TQ.
