Unrecognized charge

I am not subscribed to any services, and I do not receive any subscription-related messages. The problem is, my bill is over RM9 more than usual. In addition, there is another RM4.15 that has not been included in the bill. What should I do?

For the unbilled spendings, it can only be concluded when the billing cycle is over and then the charges can be seen through bill statement.

For the billed outstanding, you should be able to login to MyDigi web or app a few days after your billing cycle to download the PDF bill statement.
