Hi itsmebal26, As checked, the consignment number is not updated in the system yet. Normally the sim will be delivered to you within 3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and a minimum of 4 working days for Sabah/Sarawak. However, during the MCO period, the delivery might be delayed for example deliveries to the restricted areas ( Covid-19 inspection progress area or locked down area ) or roadblock.
No worries, GDEX will contact our customers to make the arrangement for another delivery attempt if necessary. For consignees who are in self-isolation, GDEX will leave a 'sorry card' and the consignee is required to call back for a new arrangement.
