Hi, my mom's phone was stolen in Doha and she lives abroad. Is it possible to block the SIM (it's prepaid) and how can we get a replacement SIM made?

You may get the registered owner to contact us directly either using her own community or call to our helpline number at 016-2211800 for further assistance. Sim replacement can only be done over the counter by the registered owner with original IC for verification purpose, due to security reasons.
