Payment Unsuccessful but account has been deducted

Hello, 
 
I have made a payment to pay my bill, but I had received an email from Digi stated that my payment was unsuccessful. when I checked my bank account, it has been deducted. 
 
kindly please help me. My number is 019-856 5596
