Hi. I am facing some problem here. I paid my phone bill on 16 April 2021 3:01 pm, I did not receive any message regarding i paid my bill. I ignored it, and yesterday I received a message saying my line was going to be barred and I am charged for another extra RM90 as overdue. I called DiGi today twice. First time they told me to contact the bank. I did called the bank and they said the transaction was successful.
