Hi, i have keyed in my new nano SIM card for the last 4 digit serial number in MyDigi " Store & Order" for activation and received msg as below. Not sure is it in prgress or not...Could you please assist? Thanks!
"Number not found in our system. Please check that you have keyed in correctly."
