I have problem to log in to MyDigi since last week. It keeps asking me to try log in later.
can you please confirm you have the latest version of the apps?
also... were you trying to connect using the phone number (as per screenshot)?

Please kindly update to the latest version if you haven't done so. We have fixed a bug in a recent version that causes this
Also please do share the details that you are using such as the phone model and the version of iOS that you are using
