Hi Digi/ MyDigi app Developer,
I not sure about Iphone version, but I'm sure for Android version.
If using MyDigi app on Android devices, well, it is working fine.
However, I realized the following:
If using Support tab under MyDigi app, which direct to this community,
well, the app response a bit slow. (I guess the coverage at my are is not good).
Ok, the problem is if I tried to upload Attachments via MyDigi, it never works.
I have to use the browser in the phone, login again to this community and upload the attachment file via browser.
It only works on browser.
Perhaps you can look into this matter as I believe screenshot/attachments maybe helpful to describe the issue/problem sometimes.
