MyDigi Page cannot be reached

Hi DiGi Support team,

I tried to access MyDigi page today but I receive error  "Cannot be reached" (refer to the attached error screenshot.) in my Google Chrome browser.

Kindly advise when this Pages is repair so I can  do my Postpaid bill payment.

Thanks for replying, but  the page still have the same error today.

Cleared Google Chrome browser cache twice the past 2 days & issue still persist.

Good evening. Should the issue persists, please try to use www.digi.com.my instead of new.digi.com.my (for the URL)
