I would like to take your attention regarding to mydigi portal (login id : 0182228727), can be log in but it can not shows all the contents or even
manage my other numbers/account. as shown in picture below
Then i would like to suggest digi to clarify if there any overpaid amount & payment record details in billing section.

Thanks for the verification. The number is registered under prepaid plan. Are you sure you want to check the billing for this number?

i've got multiple number including my infinite with that id...
i need to used it to monitor and manage my other prepaid numbers e.g top up, check current usage , expiry etc
