Menu (top, left) > Support > Accounts & Billings > What Issue Are You Facing? - Bill Request.

Hi radhajayaraman, you can download the itemized details from our MyDigi web- https://www.digi.com.my/> Log in Mydigi> choose the number> View Usage > View Itemised usage > choose the date > Submit. You will receive the details via email. TQ.

Cathelyne97, the call transaction details can be checked by login to MyDigi web version over here > https://www.digi.com.my/
> choose the phone number you wish to check.
> click "View Usage"
> choose "View Itemised Usage"
> tap "Submit" and you will receive the details via email.
