MYDIGI ITEMISED STATEMENT

Hi Digi,

 

I really need your quick reply.

Why I cannot see my itemised statement in mydigi WEB.

 

This is important for me to track my calling record.

 

Please clarify.

@Riri91, you should be able to view your bill statements from MyDigi now. You may try again.

Go to MyDigi website on your desktop browser, login and click on Usage tab. Scroll down and click on Itemized usage button to check on outgoing calls and other usage.
