1st the customer service asked me to wait within 2 hours until 24 hours for the reload to be credited into acc.
Then, I contacted them again and later ask me to wait from 24 hours to 36 hours.
Do U expect I have nothing to do and keep waiting for your answer is it?
My payment was successful and have been deducted from my acc. All details was sent to your email at cic@digi.com.my.
If it so hard for u to update my acc. Just give back my refund. Case ID is CAS-4728497V2K8
