FPX PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL VIA MYDIGI APP, BUT RELOAD NOT CREDITED INTO ACC

1st the customer service asked me to wait within 2 hours until 24 hours for  the reload to be credited into acc.

 

Then, I contacted them again and later ask me to wait from 24 hours to 36 hours.

 

Do U expect I have nothing to do and keep waiting for your answer is it?

 

My payment was successful and have been deducted from my acc. All details was sent to your email at cic@digi.com.my.

 

If it so hard for u to update my acc. Just give back my refund.  Case ID is CAS-4728497V2K8

Kindly settle my problem immeadiately
My bank account already deduct the payment but the credit not in mine and now i lost my rollover data due renewal no successful in that time
Pls gove me back my reload and my rollover data
