When i buy internet in MyDigi app, i get SMS saying "Sorry, we are unable to proceed with your order request, pls try again later/ Maaf, kami tidak dapat meneruskan permintaan anda, sila cuba sebentar lagi"
This has been going on for 3 days and i cannot buy internet, i have already tried
1. Using *128# 2. Reinstalling MyDigi app 3. Restarting my phone
I think its fixed now because when it was around 3 am, i received a message of the free 2gb i received a few days ago... I think the system glitched and did not fully proceed the 2gb order a few days ago. Now i think the problem is fixed i can already buy any add-on.
