Dear Digi Community,
I have changed my postpaid plan to prepaid plan.
The things are, I wanted to clear my latest postpaid bill by using onlinepay without going to Digi Center due to Covid-19.
How do I pay via online payment? I've key in the digi number but it said
Invalid Postpaid Number

Hi Ajithku, you can download the itemized details from our MyDigi web- https://www.digi.com.my/> Log in Mydigi> choose the number> View Usage > View Itemised usage > choose the date > Submit. You will receive the details via email. Thanks.
