I have applied for "Postpaid Plan - Switch To Digi -Digi Postpaid 60" on 29/06/2021. However, my status still "in process" as at 03/07/2021. May I know when the shipping will take into place? It is because when I called Digi on 30/06, the staff mention it only took up to 48 hours from the day of purchase. And I plan to subscribe Digi Fibre 150 also, and I cannot apply to the Digi Fiber due to not receive the SIM for Digi Postpaid. Hope you can assist on this. Thank you
