hi..i want to ask..when i check my bill at apps mydigi..there have unbilled amount..what is unbilled amount..now i using plan 38..so i need to pay rm38 or rm38+(unbiiled amount)?

Hi syazwani2308. Unbilled amount is the amount that will be reflected in the upcoming bill. You don't need to pay for the unbilled yet. Payment should be made later, once the bill has been generated.

but for me. the unbilled amount is showing RM0.00. and 8.12.2019 is the date which the payment will show me that you have to pay this amount. yesterday on my unbilled amount it shows RM151.79 (including month pospaid) and today i open digi app and it shows RM0.00. so shat should i do now. i just want to make a purchase in PES2020and i cant purchase it

saya menggunakan digi postpaid. setiap bulan saya bayar rm84.50. tapi pagi ini saya tengok ada unbilled amount sebanyak rm102.25 dan malam tadi amount bertambah lagi kepada rm192.25. bagaimana untuk menghentikan pertambahan bil saya ni? boleh terang kan dari mana amoun itu datang.

Salam, saya cek semalam unbilled amount RM30++, harini saya check unbilled amount jadi rm102. Macam mana ya? Yang rm30++ datamg dari mana? Saya ambil plan 58 😊
