Hi Fid801125. Please follow the below steps first. Once logged in (the web version), click on the MyDigi, and then choose Usage. Scroll down and choose Itemized Usage. Set the date accordingly to begin with. Thank you.

Hi Mazianah, The MyDigi web is currently unavailable until further notice. Digi is in the process of re-launching MyDigi Web with our new Digital ID that is already implemented on the new MyDigi app. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thank you.
