Changing IC number.

My phone number is registered under my friend's IC number . Is there anywhere I can change it to my IC number. I have visited few digital centre , they told me they cannot do it and told me to bring my friend come. But the thing is that I lost all contact with him, how I am gonna tell him to come?

So my question is whether there is a way to do it . I really like the number and without proper IC I also cannot change my 3g SIM card to 4g SIM card.

Unfortunately no. :-( To change to new owner and upgrade to 4G SIM card, the current registered owner and new owner need to present at the Digi Store. TQ.

I have read the solution to change the owner of IC number in order to upgrade the sim. The owner of registered IC and and the present owner need to come to the centre together.

In my case, my digi number was registered using my father's IC. Unfortunately , my father has passed away. So how can I bring him to the digi centre with me to change the owner of the number. Pls give me explaination so that I can upgrade my SIM. Tq.

Kindly bring the original death certificate to our Digi Stores and request to transfer the ownership of the number to a new owner. The new owner must be present to complete the process.

So I went to digi specialised store in port **bleep**son to change my I.c number because they type in the wrong number when I was registering my number. Do you know other digi store that change my I.c number and also terminate my postpaid plan?
