That's one of the reason on using web mydigi and only once a month (pay bill)

however, i need to check my broadband quota through web. Is there any other way to check my broadband quota usage?

Besides MyDigi web, you can also check the Broadband quota usage from MyDigi app, mecatrix. Download the app to your phone and log-in using the CONNECT id (email address) to access your Broadband account info. Hope this helps :-)

Hi i unable to log in with Connect. Kindly advise what should i do?
